Southern Cross Engineering design manufacturer and install machinery for the sawmill, plywood and LVL industry. This equipment is designed to suit customers' requirements and is usually a turnkey operation. We design the equipment from the log infeed decks, through the debarker and on to the primary and secondary processing machine centres complete with all interconneting conveyors. Then out to the multisaw trimmer and the lumber sorting and stacking stations. Optimisation is provided through each machine centre as required.
