Hardwood Woodchip Truck Receival System
Southern Cross Engineering recently build a new 600TPH Hardwood Woodchip Truck Receival Facility in Portland, Victoria, Australia comprising:
- Total turnkey design, manufacture in Christchurch New Zealand. Shipping, install and commission utilising local Portland contractors
- 2500mm wide 600TPH Underground Belt Reclaim interfacing with existing 300TPH Truck Tipper System. Ensuring 600TPH throughput is maintained with either both or Bellydump system alone
- Unique “first in the world” Retractable Cover Bellydumper Truck Unloading System unloading 52 tonnes in 5 minutes
- Replaced existing stockpile conveyor system
- Integrating with the existing 300TPH screened-on-site system
- Merging both systems chipflows at the chipscreen discharge
